1. Can you make the air tank as per sample or drawing?

Yes, of course. All of our air tanks are customized as per our customers’ requirements,

please don’t hesitate to send us your dimensional details (Length & Diameter) to quote.

2. What kind of surface finish can you do for air tank?

Polishing, Power Coating, Anodizing, Natural Finish are available.

The colors of power coating can be customized as you like.

3. I don’t like bottom seam, can you make the air tank with seamless tube?

Yes, we can, we can make the aluminum tanks in seamless tube.

4. What’s your lead time for the order?

Generally, the lead time for each order is 15 – 25 days.

5. Can you supply a sample before confirming the production order?

Yes, of course, we can make a sample for our client to check our quality

and dimensional control first.

The sample charge and the shipping cost will be bear by our clients.

6. How do you guarantee the quality?

A sample can be provided before mass production.

One by one pressure test after welding.

One by one inspection before packing.

7. How do you pack the air tanks to avoid damage or scratches during transportation?

The inner package will be plastic bag and plastic film, the outer package

will be the export standard carton and pallet, well enough to protect the air tanks.

8. I don’t like bottom seam, can you make the air tank with seamless tube?

Yes, we can, we can make the aluminum tanks in seamless tube.

9. Can I come to your factory to visit?

Welcome your visit, we are glad to show our workshop to you.

10. What’s your lead time for the order?

T/T, L/C, Western Union.

30% deposit prepaid, 70% balance before delivery.
